Quilted Faces
Welcome to my studio. It measures 16' x 18' with two full end walls of wall space for creating and displaying my work. With my work , it is essential to be able to stand back and view the results.
Technology is alive and well in my creative world, can't imagine my life and quilting without it.
A Husqavarna Viking Designer I , a state-of-the-art computer, scanner, printers and software are all tools of my trade.
I've earned my living working on computers since 1979.
Technology has added a new dimension to quilting creativity including the developing of this website, which has been another creative challenge.
The north end of my studio is my main design wall. As you can see my Scooter is a ironing board cat. He supervises the process and is extremely "helpful" in the studio
Our dog, Woofus helps in his own way, underfoot. I apply a lot of sticky tape and vacuum liberally on days when we work together.
The south end wall is as large as the north and when I have many projects going at once, it too, is a design wall.
