If you're interested in ordering a quilt, please send me an email to start the process.  I'll write back (or we can talk on the phone, I'll send you my number) and we can get your questions answered that will give you a quilt you, your family and friends will cherish forever.

Once we've answered key questions, I'll send you a project order proposal listing all the details for your approval.  Once you approve and pay the deposit (see "Payment" below.)

One of the wonderful things about the Internet is that I can keep you up-to-date on the status of your quilt with "progress" emails and photographs.  Don't you just love technology!

PayPal is my preferred method of payment.  However, I do accept personal checks and money orders.  (See "Payment" below.)

Photograph Requirments:
Select a photograph you love with good light/shadow balance.  One natural light source shining in from one side works the best.

A digital photograph saved in JPEG format is the best because of the large amount of information compressed in the file, however, I have the technology to turn most hardcopy photographs into useable digital files.  Your photograph will be safeguarded and returned to you.

Pricing
$.05 per 1/4" fabric mosaic piece, this includes a finished quilt (three-layers, thread-painted quilting, finished edge ready to be hung on the wall).  All of the quilts in the gallery are 1/4".  Most detailed quilts average 9,600 to 10,000 fabric mosaics, or between $480.00 to $500.00.

Actual cost information will be determined prior to the beginning of the project afer I receive your photograph and will be included in the project order proposal.

Larger fabric mosaics can be used (1/2", 1" or larger) but keep in mind, these sizes will result in a much larger quilt and will require a larger display and viewing space.  Larger quilts work best in large livingrooms, lobbys and waiting rooms.

Payment:
A 50% deposit is required on acceptance of the project order proposal, with the balance due on completion prior to shipping.

To pay by money order or personal check, send to address on the project order proposal.  If you pay by personal check, I will not start or ship your completed project until funds have been verified by my bank.  Make checks payable to Christie Yurth, Quilted Faces.

Shipping/Handling Policy:
S/H is included for orders shipped to U.S. addresses.  Due to the increase in priority mail rates, your order will be shipped by the most economical method in order to keep my current prices.

If you would like to ship by priority mail, let me know and I'll let you know how much more the cost will be.

Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is of utmost importance to me.  No personal information will EVER be given out or sold to any 3rd party.

Return Policy:
Due to the individual and personal natures of these custom-made quilts ,they are not returnable nor refundable.
